I was asked by Meg about a Foam Roller.
So here’s my view.
Do you need one? Up to you, although I do think they are a good idea for post training and certainly between heats/races for recovery.
Do I have one I recommend?
My view is that they need to be just wide enough to do both legs at once should you want to, but any wider is a waste.
