This is what I mean when what happens in drills occurs in runs.
Rear leg should be flat coming through as shown by Andrew not vertical like Sophie and Bea.
Thigh should drive through like Lizzie’s not low like Jons but plant beneath the hip by driving downward like Jakes not forward of the hip.
Liz is rotating across the shoulders caused by the hips not being tilted high enough.
